During this holiday season we spend time with our friends and family, celebrate religious events, and or look forward to a certain jolly elf to bring us gifts (no, not Brenlo :p). There's one other thing needed to really put you in the holiday spirit... The "Yivvits & MrBubble Holiday Extravaganza 2006" podcast! This year we revisit our favorite (and only) Star Wars Christmas album. Listen along as 3PO teaches R2 how to sing, the workshop droids finally figure out what to get a Wookiee for Christmas, and 3PO performs a thoughtful reading of "Twas the Night Before Christmas." Most large companies have some sort of holiday gathering and we assumed SOE is no different. Our assumptions were confirmed when we obtained a super top-secret recording from the event. Smed and Helios exchanged "Secret Santa" gifts; need we say more? We sum up our personal feelings about SWG for 2006 and discuss what we'd like to see happen with the game in the coming year. Finally, we exchange gifts and are humored (or possibly horrified) that we both got each other... Nah, you'll just have to listen to find out! Happy Holidays, |

This is it! Our final "normal" episode of 2006! (normal for us anyway) As usual, we discuss a plethora of topics this week. MrBubble gives us some tips on decorating with your holo-emitters and raves about his G15 keyboard. Yivvits goes on and on about bugs (nothing new there) and enlightens MrBubble on the subject of "the rate of movement in SWG." Some of you have been asking about the enigma that is "Episode 63" and this week we shed some light on the episode that must not be named. More? More did you spake? There is more, but for that you need to download the show! |
Mon, 11 December 2006
Welcome to another episode of SWGwYaMB! It's been a rather uneventful week for both of us yet somehow we popped out this hour long beauty. We talk about Life Day 2006, listen to a few voicemails, and catch you up on what we've both been doing. Inspired by Yivvits' shader quest, MrBubble has started a pursuit of his own: Droids can't be called in structures. He'll fill us in on what he's done so far. Our guest this week is none other than angry teenage Anakin. He's just so angry; we think he needs a hug… or some anger management. Enjoy this jocular and lighthearted episode of YaMB! |

The wait is over! We know you've been starving for another episode and now you may partake in the feast that is Episode 64. While on a short vacation MrBubble stopped by the SOE offices in San Diego. What for? Did he survive? Was he brainwashed? He'll answer all of these questions, and more! While MrBubble was busy charming SOE employees into giving him cookies and gummi worms, Yivvits made a breakthrough in his never-ending quest to figure out those broken shaders/textures. That's not all, he's also been playing another game and it isn’t CoV. Also this week, we cover a ton of random topics including gems like: more things we'd like to see fixed in SWG, Count Dooku's opinions on various things, and MrBubble's longing to be a fairy (in EQ2). |
Tue, 21 November 2006
Hi everyone! Wanted to let you know that we are taking a short break for the Thanksgiving holiday. Our next episode is currently slated for the first weekend of December. If time permits we may do a quick one for next week. On the next episode MrBubble will tell us all about his trip to SOE in San Diego where he met Pex and Brenlo. /yivvits (I'm a little worried... ever since he returned he keeps talking about EQ2 and telling everyone they should try it...) Have a happy Thanksgiving! If you don't have Thanksgiving where you live, have a happy 3rd week of November! :) Yivvits & MrBubble Category:Announcements

You've been waiting so patiently and now you shall be rewarded! This week we touch the usual random subjects… Swedish meatballs at IKEA, the Books of Yivviticus and Bubbleations, kitty lawyer, Pledge. Oh, I almost forgot… we also talk about Star Wars and Star Wars Galaxies! We get an update from last week's caller who was wondering if he should try SWG. We also delve into the "in concept" posts Helios made in the official forums. Like the apprehensive deer who has been spooked away many times before, we cautiously approach the new ideas and find ourselves rather excited about them! |
Mon, 6 November 2006
This week MrBubble reveals that he savors the sweet and spicy taste of ribs. Yivvits is horrified when he finds out just what kind of ribs MrBubble is talking about. Did we meet our new pledge goals from last week? Well... one of us didn't, but the other more than made up for it. For those of you who didn't like Pledge, you'll be happy to know that she's back again this week! We round things out with voice mails, answering some questions from listeners, and more readings from the books of Yivviticus and Bubbleations. It's a fun one with all of the typical randomness you've come to expect from us! |
Mon, 30 October 2006
Let there be a podcast! Week number one of our SWG Pledge Drive has gone by. Did we both meet our SWG playtime goals? You'll have to listen to find out! We set new goals for this week and spoke with "Pledge" herself. Yes, we gave Ms. Pledge a voice (and a gender); that is just how odd we are. We take a peak at the proposed changes for entertainers and learn that MrBubble is considering a career change, discuss the NGE with a listener who works in the marketing industry, and MrBubble reads from one of his favorite books. All of this, and more, awaits you in Episode 60! |
Sun, 22 October 2006
You smell that? It's the musky odor of a new episode of Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble! This week we take our randomness to an entirely new level as MrBubble talks about his "inspiration buff." Isn't it funny how even the most common things tie into SW and SWG for us? We both agree it's time for another Star Wars Galaxies Pledge Drive, listen to a few voice mail messages, and give you a very brief update on the latest game updates. On a more serious and somber note, we take a moment to pay respect to a member of the SWG and Valcyn communities we lost this week, Belkin Sprott. This episode is dedicated to him and our thoughts are with his family and friends. |
Wed, 4 October 2006
...and in this corner, clocking in at 2 hours and 48 minutes, Episode 58 of Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble! This week we start out with a typical day for Moff Jerjerrod at Palpatino's Pizza. We talk to a smuggler who's been waiting a very long time to smuggle something, listen to some voicemails, and salute *the* smuggler himself - Han Solo. All of those things take, oh... maybe forty minutes. The rest of the show is a massive no holds barred discussion of the problems WE currently have with Star Wars Galaxies. We explain what's eating at us and why. It's one giant slice of cheesy YaMB goodness! |
Tue, 3 October 2006
You might have noticed, no show posted yet. No, Smed didn't shut us down, we just aren't ready to post Episode 58 yet. It looks as if the ugnaughts are just about finished with the show and should be posting it soon. Thanks! Yivvits & MrBubble Category:Announcements

What could be better than starting out this week's show with a little self-promotion and back-patting? Nothing! That's exactly what we did. We give you a little insight into what our show is really about and what sets it apart from others. After the image management session we talk to a YaMB listener who recently left SWG. Not only do we find out why he left, but also why he'd come back (if he had a PC that is). We briefly go over the current publish notes for Chapter 3 on Test Center which prompts MrBubble to wonder if there'll ever be a change that pleases Yivvits. We finish things up with a quick preview of what we're planning for next week's show. All this and tons of generic Star Wars goofiness; what's not to love! |
Sun, 17 September 2006
Well look what we have here! Another episode of Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble is being served in the cantina! This week we take a quick look at the new original trilogy DVDs which include the unedited theatrical releases of Episodes IV through VI. Also, did MrBubble's brother ever install and start playing SWG? The answer is just a click away! Finally, we round out the show with a "summary rant" from Yivvits on what else, SWG issues and bugs. |
Tue, 12 September 2006
Well look at this, another helping of Yivvits and MrBubble! And this one is extra delicious, or dare we say "yummy?" Episode 55 is indeed a feast, including two live calls, some listener voicemail, an interview with a SOE developer, and a surprise visit from one of the show's dearest friends, who has a few words to say with the developer! Comedy and hijinks - along with our own special sauce - complete the feast, followed by everyone falling asleep for the king of all naps. (Except Yoda, who is looking up Lady Valarian's holo number.) Enjoy! |
Mon, 11 September 2006
Don't worry, we didn't forget! We've always said we won't post a show that isn't ready and episode 55 isn't quiet ready yet. It will be posted tomorrow evening, giving you plenty of time to download it for your Tuesday morning ride to work or school. You're in for another treat this week; you won't want to miss it. Thanks! Poor MrBubble contracted a case of the carrion spat flu during a recent trip to Doaba Guerfel, Corellia. Thankfully, come Saturday he was feeling better so we whipped up this little gem of an episode for you. This week we rant on the terrible inventory changes in SWG, say "we told you so" about the SWGEMU, and find out that Yoda is something of a dirty little old man. |
Sun, 27 August 2006
After months and months and months and months.... and months, the Rebel deep space station, Freedom, can finally be destroyed! MrBubble is happy as a clam about this fix, and why not! This week it is MrBubble's turn to put Yivvits to sleep... err... talk about the piloting side of Star Wars Galaxies. We take a look at the history of the problems with deep space, Kessel, and things not blowing up as they should. The crazy Sullustan is on a role and also offers up some thoughts on crafting. As always, there's plenty of side-tracking and comedy. Download now and get your weekly prescription of vitamins Y and MB! |
Sun, 20 August 2006
This week's episode is brought to you by: This week we discuss what would happen if "Snakes on a Plane" took place in the world of Star Wars Galaxies. That's about it... HA! If only you were THAT lucky! It has been far too long without a good Yivvits rant, hasn't it? "The Rage of Yivvits" is released from its chains and shackles as a heated discussion about the future of crafting starts in the SWG forums. (We've made it sound much more sensational here than it actually is. How does that saying go? Over-promise, under-deliver?) MrBubble is taking a "let's wait and see what happens" approach. We want to hear what YOU think about crafting in SWG. Listen to the show for our phone number! |
Sun, 13 August 2006
This week we start out the show with a special report by Marles Jacobe from the front lines in Restuss. The battle is fierce; will Marles make it out alive? After three weeks without an outlet for our Star Wars Galaxies energy (episode 50 and 1/2 doesn't count) we're bursting at the seams! We talk about our new player association, YaMB, discuss what happened at our 2nd meet-up, and generally fill you in on what we've been doing during the past few weeks. We take a look at the surprisingly massive number of bug fixes included with Chapter 2.3, which is now on the SWG Test Center server. This is the type of update we've been ranting about for the past year and are happy to finally see it happen and hope it becomes a regular practice! |
Sun, 6 August 2006
We are back! Well, almost. Building our new recording studio has been a fairly large project which took a little longer than expect. But, we are committed to the show and are eager to get back in the swing of things. Neither wet paint nor paint fumes will stop us! (Albeit, the fumes made us a little loopy) This week's show isn't really a normal episode for us. Hence, we are calling it Episode 50 and 1/2. We cover all sorts of things from truckers to the kitty lawyer to one of our favorite callers from Episode 50. Oh, we talk about Star Wars Galaxies a bit as well. Enjoy the show, and keep an eye out for Episode 51 later this coming week. It's good to be back! |
Mon, 17 July 2006
Just over a year ago we started this modest venture known as "Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble," and what a ride it has been! This week's show is a little different than usual. No news updates, no major rants, no character of the week. We're taking this opportunity to talk about where we've been, where we're going, and celebrate with some yummy cake. Above all else, this episode is where we thank you, our listeners, for making the show a hit with all of your support and kind words. Marvelous surprises await you in Episode 50 of "Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble!" We are taking a well earned two week vacation from the show, but we'll be back at it before you can say "Bahhh Restuss!" Keep watching our sites, as we'll be posting some additional "classic" episodes during the break. |
Sun, 9 July 2006
This week's show comes to you from the burnt out remains of the Restuss cantina. We were able to flag down and talk to everyone's favorite roaming reporter, Marles Jacobe of the Corellia times. The tables are turned as one of our callers gives us a Star Wars trivia challenge. Who is the trivia champ - the Wookiee or the Sullustan? You'll have to listen to find out! Our salute to the truly important characters of the Star Wars movies continues this week and we round things out with our ongoing debate (albeit a rather one-sided one) on the state of the game. |
Sun, 9 July 2006
This week's bonus episode of SWGwYaMB is "Episode VI." As part of the upcoming one year anniversary of our show we've unlocked the SWGwYaMB vault and are re-releasing some of our very first episodes! Each re-release includes some brand new commentary to set the stage. |
Sun, 2 July 2006
We start the week out on a particularly rantish note. There's a tiny bug in the game that was fixed, but not fixed. Exacerbated by the developers' apparent inability to perform a half-ways thorough testing of their fix, we toss our hands in the air and shout our newest swearword, "Bahhhh Restuss!" With that out of our systems, we have a lot to cover this week! We'll fill you in on our recent "Meet-up," get a call from somebody we talk about almost weekly, give you a quick update on the status of Restuss, and we close things out with a song - yes, a little song from Yivvits. |
Sat, 1 July 2006
As part of the upcoming one year anniversary of our show we've unlocked the SWGwYaMB vault and are re-releasing some of our very first episodes! This week we bring you "Episode V" of the show and have included some brand new commentary to set things up. Enjoy, and thank you for listening! |
Sun, 25 June 2006
We are happy to hear from one of our recent callers again this week but even happier because they brought a friend with! (Boy, do we feel sorry for the friend) During the past few weeks we've been saluting some of the key characters from the Star Wars movies and this week is no exception. We salute perhaps the most important character from "Attack of the Clones." Seriously, they really are THE most important! Once again Yivvits has a rant, but something is different this time... MrBubble actually agrees with him! We look back at the past year of our podcast and pose the question, "Has the overall quality of SWG changed all that much during the past 12 months?" |

As part of the upcoming one year anniversary of our show we've unlocked the SWGwYaMB vault and are re-releasing some of our very first episodes! This week we bring you "Episode IV" of the show and have included some brand new commentary to set things up. Enjoy, and thank you for listening! |
Sat, 17 June 2006
After weeks and weeks of saying we'll get back to saluting each Star Wars film we actually make good on the promise. This week it's a special salute to "The Phantom Menace." We discuss the good, the bad, the Jar-Jar... and how Star Wars Galaxies was influenced by TPM. As we have done the past few weeks we also salute a pivotal character from the Star Wars universe. We round things out with some analysis of how "Chapter 1," a.k.a. Publish 29, is being received by players. ** Special Announcement ** |
Sat, 17 June 2006
As part of the upcoming one year anniversary of our show we've unlocked the SWGwYaMB vault and are re-releasing some of our very first episodes! This week we bring you "Episode III" of the show and have included some brand new commentary to set things up. Enjoy, and thank you for listening! |

This week we bring you "Episode 2" of the show and have included some brand new commentary to set things up. Enjoy, and thank you for listening! (Note: This is a bonus episode - don't forget to also download Episode 45 which was posted on Saturday, 6/10!) |

We, Yivvits and MrBubble, are taking a new direction and as part of this change our shows will no longer be referred to as "episodes." Henceforth, you shall refer to each new show as a "subdivision." For example, this will be known as "Subdivision One." … Of course we're joking! This week we talk to a very interesting caller and we're surprised, bowled over and flabbergasted by their true identity. We salute a classic character who plays a crucial role in aiding the Rebellion. Finally, we chat about some of the changes "Chapter 1" a.k.a. Publish 29 have brought to Star Wars Galaxies. |
Sat, 3 June 2006
Yivvits has been rather busy lately and as such the lawn at his Talus home is little... untidy. MrBubble helps him get the job done with some positive "encouragement." While chatting with our personal bodyguard, Mr. Corvan Dee of Valcyn, we give you a little background as to how our show came to be and MrBubble *tries* to clarify his comments about Trandoshan feet. We salute another extraordinarily significant Star Wars character and finally wrap things up with a swift outline of the test center publish 29 update notes. |

It’s hard to believe that 29 years have passed since Star Wars was born! They grow up so quickly, don’t they? This week we take some time to talk about the original release of Star Wars and listen to some clips that play a central role in defining what Star Wars is. We salute a major character from “A New Hope? in order to give you some additional insight into his psyche. MrBubble has something to rant about, which is rare, and Yivvits vows to not give up on his crusade to get the SWG user interface fixed-up. Support for the “Red Bull for User Interface Program? separatist group is growing… Will the council accept the challenge? Only time will tell. Either way, you’ve got us to listen to while you reconfigure your toolbars again! |
Sat, 20 May 2006
What are Yivvits and MrBubble to do when there isn’t much Star Wars Galaxies news to talk about? (As if that has ever stopped them!) Why, they salute a pivotal Star Wars character, of course! Who is this oh-so-important character? Well, the title of this week’s episode should give you a hint. We’ll give you a brief overview of the combat changes now on test center and discuss how productive life can be when you turn off the game for a few days. |
Fri, 12 May 2006
This week we are happy to bring you yet another “regrouping and holding pattern? episode of Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble. The topics this week run the gamut from late night SWG sessions to American Idol (much to Yivvits displeasure) to a grand Yivvits rant regarding the SWG user interface. Not much news to talk of, but lots of talk... to talk... of. Be sure to check out our new forums and community site! Just head on over to http://www.yivvitsandmrbubble.com/ |

Don’t miss this one! It’s our fortieth episode and we’ve managed to book a couple of very special guests. Everyone’s favorite pop-culture psychologist is in the house and has a heart-to-heart with one of the Star Wars Galaxies developers. The time has finally come for the final showdown in our Trivia Challenge. Only one trivia intellect can stand at the top. Will it be Dack of Eclipse or Obi-Van of Valcyn? All of our usual clever tete-a-tete is in this episode as well! |

Hey everyone! Hop on over to our new forums. It's still "under construction" (I really hate that phrase by the way lol) but I think we're ready to roll. Don't expect fancy graphics or neat Flash animations. We want function over form, yet easy on the eyes. We don't have a ton of forums created because we'd rather have a few busy forums than a whole bunch containing just a few posts. That said, give us feedback! http://www.yivvitsandmrbubble.com See you there! Category:Announcements

This week it's round two of our trivia challenge finals - the battle for 2nd place! The questions are difficult; will any of our finalists be able to answer them? MrBubble looted something in space that has him acting as if he"s won the lottery and it isn’t a Black Sun helmet. We finish up this week with a rundown of the changes publish 28 has made to the game. Will Yivvits make it through the episode with his voice? Will publish 28 revive bounty hunting? Will Spiderman learn the true identity of the Green Goblin? Listen to find out! |
Sat, 22 April 2006
This week marks the beginning of our Trivia Challenge Finals with the battle for third place! Who will take the trophy for third? Will it be Namuh, Beaqo, Alirc, or Thom? You want more? You got it! Also this week, Yivvits has some words he’d like to exchange with the developers regarding “no-trade? items, we get an unexpected call from MrBubble’s brother back on Sullust, and there’s plenty of our usual witty repartee. |
Sat, 15 April 2006
With everything that’s been going on in Star Wars Galaxies the past few weeks, we felt it was necessary to spend some additional time discussing the latest tidbits from the news room. We’ll get you up to speed on all the juicy morsels of information being dished out at the developer summits. Also this week, we try to figure out just what the deal is with some of the players on Lowca and MrBubble looks for a new housekeeper. Is there more? Oh, there most certainly is! You’ll have to listen to find out though. |

This week we take an in-depth look at the general direction Star Wars Galaxies is heading in. We perform a postmortem on the copious amount of information posted during "Smed's Spring Break 2006 Post Fest.? Yivvits and MrBubble both speak their peace on everything that"s happened with SWG during the past two years. If you haven’t been listening to the podcast for long and want to get a good feeling for where Yivvits and MrBubble stand on things, this is the episode for you. It’s much longer than usual, but we finally try to put some things to rest. (we’ll see about that!) Surely, this episode will be the foundation of the “Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble Archives.? Now, we just need to find a hoity-toity, pompous, domineering old lady to be our archive librarian… What’s Joan Rivers doing these days? |

Even though we are taking a break this week (well, MrBubble is :p ) we'd never leave you hanging without your SWGwYaMB fix... and that can only mean one thing - another fine item from our "Classics" collection! Ah yes, who can forget this episode! Originally, it was titled "The Holiday Special" but for this re-release we are going to change that to something that isn't so bland. You'll find about 15 minutes of BRAND NEW commentary at the beginning of the episode and, more importantly, it has been digitally re-mastered. (I've always wanted to say that) We'll be back next week with another fresh episode! Original episode Notes: This week we bring you our Holiday Extravaganza Podcast! We play some of our favorite Christmas carols and discuss the finer points of that timeless holiday classic, the 1978 Star Wars Holiday Special. Get yourself a big mug of eggnog; we've got lots of laughs and even some tender moments. Warm fuzzy greetings from your pal Yivvits, and wet slobbery ones from your other pal MrBubble! |
Fri, 24 March 2006
MrBubble kicks off this episode with a surprise for Yivvits that he picked up at the grocery store. Comedy ensues. The word of the week is “rumor? – and boy is there a lot of them. We weigh in with our own thoughts on some of the various SWG rumors floating around. No, we don’t believe most rumors, but they are still fun to talk about! Also this week, we complete round one of our listener trivia challenge, briefly touch on the upcoming changes to the entertainer profession, and round out the show with oodles of our friendly banter. Rumor has it, episode 35 is great! |
Fri, 17 March 2006
Just what is there to talk about when there isn’t much going on in Star Wars Galaxies? Lots of stuff! After all, we are Yivvits and MrBubble; we have plenty of Star Wars and Star Wars Galaxies subjects to talk about. This week, MrBubble believes he has developed a breakthrough in frozen pizza preparation technique (something many SWG fans will want to hear). In addition, Yivvits and MrBubble both have some PvP stories to share and we speak with two more listeners and put them to our trivia challenge. Fill your home with the soothing aroma therapy potpourri of subjects in Episode 34!
|
Fri, 10 March 2006
This week, our trivia challenge starts to heat up like high noon on Lok and we talk to two more long time Star Wars Galaxies players. The “Rage of Yivvits? continues as we update you on some of the work-in-progress changes coming to the game’s armor and PvP bounty systems (MrBubble has the shock collar on standby). Also, just how often is MrBubble thinking about Star Wars and Star Wars Galaxies? All this, and more, in episode 33! This is by far the most creatively titled episode of our show to date, but what exactly does it have to do with Star Wars Galaxies? You’ll just have to listen to find out!
|
Fri, 3 March 2006
While we eagerly await more news about future changes to SWG, we are, as Yivvits often says, in a holding pattern. That doesn't stop the laughs though! We continue with our listener trivia challenge, listen to some of our favorite Star Wars music clips, and talk about Yivvits' e-mail to Smed (don't worry Smed, it's good!) Even though there's not much news in Star Wars Galaxies land right now, there are always plenty of things for Yivvits and MrBubble to babble on about! Amazing!

Sun, 26 February 2006
This week we take a deeper look into the space side of Star Wars Galaxies. Two influential pilots from the Valcyn galaxy call-in to discuss their passion for flying and the space side of the game. We put them to our trivia challenge and a special “pilots only? pop-quiz. MrBubble rants on about a grocery store clerk (I still think his joke was... not humorous or Star Warsy), we have some fun with the “Lando? theme from TESB, and update you about this weekend’s Podcast Party!
|
Sun, 19 February 2006
Can you believe it? Thirty episodes! It's been a lot of fun for us, and we sincerely thank all of our listeners. With the passing of Phil Brown, who played the role of Uncle Owen, we kick off episode 30 with a tribute of sorts to everyone's favorite cranky old uncle. In addition to the usual repartee, we talk to a certain pop-culture doctor, discuss the recently posted publish roadmap, continue with our listener trivia challenge, and finish (again) with some SWG entertainer music. Episode 30 is jam-packed with nutritious vitamins and minerals; everything a SWG fan needs! (everything other than pizza of course)

** We interrupt your normally scheduled program to bring you this breaking news ** Yup, it’s a special edition of Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble! Sun, 12 February 2006
This week, Yivvits and MrBubble have a lot to talk about, which is not unusual as most of our listeners know. But, if you thought last week's episode was jammed pack... well... you'll be *extra* pleased with episode 29! As always, there's plenty of Star Wars and Star Wars Galaxies discussion / debating / ranting. We take a couple more calls from listeners and test their knowledge of the original trilogy with some trivia. Our movie of the week is "Attack of the Clones" and we have two script readings that we think you'll enjoy. As for the Bagel Bites... well, you'll just have to listen. I don't think I could explain it if I tried. We round out the show with some music that any SWG fan will recognize. |
Sat, 4 February 2006
We are back from our one week break and thought it was time to take a few calls from listeners. Find out what some other fellow players think about what's been going on in SWG. This week's featured film is "Episode I - The Phantom Menace" and we perform not one, but two "pivotal" scenes from the film! Amazing! We give you a quick update on the status of publish 27 and there is plenty of the usual banter... perhaps more than usual - this is our longest episode yet, clocking in at around 90 action packed minutes! But wait, that's not all! We have a special tribute to a certain Sullustan pilot (*cough* MrBubble).Direct download: Star_Wars_Galaxies_with_Yivvits_and_MrBubble_-_Episode_28.mp3 Category:podcasts -- posted at: 3:00 AM |

Episode 8 of the podcast was the first time a certain doctor joined us (the first time Yivvits wasn't impersonating him at least) and we vowed to stop using episode numbers - hey, it seemed like a nice idea at the time! This episode was the first we recorded in the high-tech Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble basement recording studio. You wouldn't know it though, as we had yet to discover pop-filters (props to Tutone!) and we were testing different bit-rates for the MP3. Obviously, the one we used in this episode wasn't a winner.

This week, Yivvits and MrBubble are all over the map discussing everything from upcoming bug fixes in the space game to MrBubble's longing for a Jessica Alba protocol droid. Yes, it's all so very random - but isn't that what you love about us?

The galaxies are in a time of great turmoil. The galactic senate has come forth with promises of stronger diplomatic ties and increased communications between the regional senators and their constituents. We discuss these latest chapters in the SWG saga in addition to the usual banter. As added bonuses, we explore the more sensitive and caring sides of Vader and Palpatine, and the "Star Wars Galaxies with Yivvits and MrBubble Acting Troop" perform two pivotal scenes from "Return of the Jedi."

Just who is Baron Papanoida? We try to uncover the mystery surrounding this shady figure; a man who's seldom seen other than at highfalutin operas. Also, this week's featured Star Wars film is "Episode V: The Empire Strikes back!" That can only mean one thing - lots of Billy D. Williams!
